Return Policy

Our goal is to have customers who are delighted with our products and service.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start a return, you must first contact us at and provide a reason for the return (for example, you are unsatisfied or if if the item was damaged).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We will not accept any items which were installed at your premises and taken down, or if our products show signs of damage or modification in any way.

Returns - for Any Reason

When you email us with your return request, please indicate the reason why you wish to return the item. We will review your individual situation and respond no later than 48 hours. You will then be responsible for carefully packaging the item in the original materials, and paying for Shipping from FedEx, USPS or UPS at your own expense. We strongly recommend you purchase insurance when returning items to us with your preferred postal carrier as damaged materials will not be accepted by us and you will not receive a refund.

Returns - Damages and Issues When Delivered to You.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will evaluate the situation and If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on Samples and Sample Boxes.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item and then email us stating you would like to Return your items (see above - Return for Any Reason).

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, to ensure there is no damage. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If we inspect the returned item at our warehouse and it is damaged, we will not refund your account under any circumstances. If the damage was due to carrier who shipped the materials, you must file a claim with the carrier who arranged shipment. We will provide photographs and assist you in this process.
